Steve, it is hard to realise that it is a year since you left us. We still feel the sense of your personality with us every day, although we know you are no longer here. We all miss you and your memory will be with us always. You would be proud of the family, of Nicola, Gary, Hayley and the grandchildren, all getting on with their lives in spite of their loss and sadness, and particularly you would be proud of Julie whose love for you is undiminished and who is a tower of strength at the heart of the family, always there to support them when they need her. You were a kind and generous man who, despite whatever you may have suffered, remained determined to be considerate, loyal and cheerful. It was a privilege to know you and you enriched our lives. we will not forget you. Bernard.
